I began my transformation at 18. Perhaps like many, I had gone through periods of adolescence filled with a lot of insecurity and bullying. It was then that I began this long, very fruitful journey, where I have strengthened not only my body but also my mind and spirit. At first, it became an escape, a few hours I dedicated to myself, but over time, I realized it was more than just going to the gym and working out a couple of hours a day. This meant expanding this work into a much healthier lifestyle, where I also prioritized taking care of my diet at home and everything I consumed on the go.
The first few years were very empirical; I knew little about technique, so I only watched what more advanced people were doing and copied it. I looked up diet information on the internet. Over time, I realized I had to go further.

It wasn't until 2019, when motivated by some allergies I was suffering from at the time, which led to a much stricter diet, that I decided to take this process much more seriously. That year, I also had a highly recognized competing coach in the country, and I spoke with her about beginning my training and diet plan for my first national championship. That year, I achieved the title of National Champion C and National Champion A. I took a weight room instructor course with the Venezuelan Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness, and a few months later, I became the 2019 South American Champion.
The following year, I continued my research into transformation processes, diets, and training. I continued my preparation during the pandemic, and by the end of the year, when there was some flexibility, I traveled to Spain to compete again. There, I achieved the title of Overall Champion of the 2020 Arnold Classic Europe in the Mens Physique category. This directly led me to earning my professional athlete card. To date, it is the only overall title in this category achieved at an Arnold Classic Europe for Venezuela.
In 2021, I made my first attempt as a Professional within the Mr. Universe Pro in Marbella, where I obtained a seventh place. This helped me understand many things, especially how difficult it is as a professional athlete to win a medal, and beyond that, knowing that I had to continue growing and researching how to improve my condition.
In 2022, I began a Diploma in Sports Nutrition with the Barça Innovation Hub or Barca Universitas, an institution created by Barcelona Football Club, where the greatest nutrition researchers and experts bring the latest advances in the field to the table. I have also continued my training and development, which led me to earn my first Bronze medal as a professional athlete in the IFBB MIDDLE EAST PRO and thus qualify for the Professional World Championships within the 2022 Arnold Classic Europe.
